The tub has the rotating bottom disc and the stationary wall.

Loading and feeding water	Finishing

The loader bucket moves up, and media and parts are loaded into the tub. Water is fed automatically.	Variable speed control allows for processing flexibility on all types of parts.

Unloading	Separation

The process chamber automatically tilts intermittently to 180°after finishing. Media and parts are unloaded completely.	Media and parts are separated by the screen separator. Media returns to the loader bucket and parts are discharged from the machine.

Rinsing

The tub is rinsed completely and removing all media and parts. Media and parts are also rinsed as they travel across the separator.
