Edge Master feratures long segment brushes which adjust to maintain both brush feed
and trim length.
This new technology makes possible uniform finishes that have been hard to achieve
with conventional brush machines.

After a predetermined number of workpieces is finished, a lamp on the control panel
signals the operator to adjust the brush feed and trim length, thus maintaining consistent
brush length. Edge Master assures constant cutting force and uniform finishing results.

PREVENTS UNEVEN BRUSH WEAR
Even brush wear is essential for uniform finishing results. Therefore, Sintobrato designed
Edge Master's unique segment brush to be detachable, so the brush can be reset for
even wear. An additional benefit is extended brush life.
USABLE LENGTH OF FILAMENT
Segment brushes have an initial filament length of up to 100mm (4"). In comparison to
conventional brushes, segment brushes usable filament length is up to 375% greater
(75mm v 20mm).
