Hypervac is precoat type effluent treatment
equipment which operates by means of a vacuum
filter not only to accomplish clear filtration but
also to accomplish simple system, providing new

Effluent with solids measuring 1 micronm or more in size can be treated without
theuse of flocculants.

Since flocculation equipment is provided, colloidai substances can be filtered so
as tobe included in flock or heavy metals can be filtered as part of hydroxide.

Even effluent with low suspended solids (SS) concentrations which cannot be
treated by a filter press, belt filter or centrifugal separator, etc. can be filtered
easily.

No matter what type of effluent, there is no colgging and trouble.

Normally, cake with an extremely low water content, 40 - 75%, can be obtained.


1. Filter aid and water are introduced into the precoat tank and agitated.
2. The agitated filter aid and water are sent to the precoat vacuum filter and
pasted on the surface of the filter drum.
3. The influent is stored in the pit, then after its consistency has been made
uniform, it is sent to the coagulation tank.
4. Flocculant stored in the flocculant tank is sent to coagulating tank.
This flocculantcauses the coagutation of suspended solid in sffuent.
5. Coagulated effluent is then sent from the coagulation tank to the vacuum filter.
6. The solution is filtered in the vacuum filter, then is discharged or reused.
7. The cake is peeled by the scraper.
8. The separated cake accumulates in the cake receptacle.
